The two ski areas can be reached very quickly both by car and ski bus (Klausberg in 2 minutes, Speikboden in 10 minutes).The ski bus stop is next to our house. |
Important price information:
The room prices are quoted per person and day, for the flats per apartment and day and they include VAT, visitors’ tax, electricity, heating, warm water, bed linen, towels, kitchen towels.
For a short stay of up to 4 days we add an extra charge of 20% to the daily rate.
Bed and breakfast:
• Kids up to 2 years free
• Kids aged 2 to 6 – 30%
• Kids aged 6-12 – 20%

Booking:
Booking is only valid after receiving our confirmation. You usually get an answer to your request by e-mail within 24 hours. A deposit is needed for definite booking.
On the day of arrival the rooms and the apartments will be ready for you after 12.00. On the day of departure we would ask you to leave the rooms, apartments by 9 am. Should you arrive later or leave earlier than booked the whole price for the room/apartment will be charged.
Dogs and cats are only admitted on request (only possible in some rooms)
